Almost a year ago I started work on my first flyer to be professionally printed.
It was quite a lesson in how difficult working with a real client can be - granted Dan was great to work with, but that doesn't make it any less annoying when a word gets removed from a paragraph of text, requiring half the paragraph to be typeset again; a job which can take the best part of an hour.
The background image was borrowed from the cover of the DVD we were showing, but was regraded on the back, and subtly edited on the front - the main text was in a different font, so I had to cut out the text and then recreate the clouds behind.
I still feel this is one of my best flyers yet, and was a good introduction to professional graphic design. I also prefer the back to the front, although this may just be due to the lack of colour!
